iSCSI Software Target 3.1.3142 x86
You can use a a similar approach to extract iSCSI Target 3.1.3142 x86 from HP ProLiant Storage Server Service Release 6.6 and up.

(locate the relevant installshield exe and extract it using the /b switch [or use Universal Extractor], it contains an MSI that contains a cab that contains a 1.13MB file that is the installation exe)

p.s.
with a simple and temporary registry edit, you can install this product on any Windows 2000 / XP / Server 2003 and newer, and you don’t have to be tied to Windows Storage Server (examine the prerequisite section inside the inf files within the update directory in the archived setup exe to see what needs to be temporarily modified).

要在server2003上安装iscsi target，只能用3.1这个版本，亲测hp那个链接可以下载，700多兆的文件。
